<description>I call this site the &quot;mistake by the Lake&quot;. The most cost effective way to pull this off is by using the Airport and Warplane Heritage Museum as leverage to build a proper multi-use Stadium with access to major transportation links. Wasting millions on expropriation and toxic contamination remediation before construction begins is wasteful when all that money could be better spent creating employment on the Airport lands, a goal we can reach by building a Stadium there.
