In The Spectator’s carefully reasoned editorial, it says “the trickiest issue” is what to do with feces, on diapers or in cat litter, which would have to be stored for pickup every two weeks. It says “Education would be critical in helping households look for storage alternatives such as tightly-lidded containers, double bagging and [this is the best part] keeping these types of waste in a cool place.”
